You have pulled up at a service station filled up with fuel - and now the bike is stone dead - you can seem to get the immobiliser to unarm…
If you are in a filling station which has a powerful transmitter nearby sometimes the signal from your immobiliser can sometimes get "swamped". There are many types of key fob immobilisers - some of which use the 433.920MHz which is used by Ham radio or Amateur radio operators. The French Gendarmerie UHF links along the French Autoroutes can also be a problem.
Try moving the fob as close to the bike as you can - close to the receiver on the bike if you know where it is - or if you can see the transmitter try and push the bike so there is another vehicle between the bike and the transmitter. Alternatively push the bike away from the filling station - a few hundred meters should suffice.
